Water Glass Placement & Service Options
PLEASE NOTE: The default of any glassware rented from FVR is for it to be set up next to a venue or caterer supplied beverage station or in the bar area for barware.
It is not recommended to have glassware set up at each setting without supplying ice water in those glasses for guests. Forcing guests to take empty glassware to a beverage station creates confusion.
If you already selected additional add on above for china package, including setting of included glassware on tables option, please leave this section blank as to avoid double charges for the service.

Bussing Service
To maintain the cleanliness of the event and meet food safety codes, bussing service is required for all events during the entire event.
If your caterer does not include bussing service, please inquire about a custom quote for FVR to arrange bussing service for you. Quotes vary based on guest count, type of china, and types of glassware.
If your caterer only provides dinner bussing, additional bussing for the remainder of the night can be arranged through FVR, as well.
